Exchanges
We know that shopping online can be daunting - what if it doesn't fit?! That's why we offer a 90 day exchange policy on anything that doesn't fit quite right. As long as your apparel is in its original packaging and in unused condition, we'll happily exchange it for you. Contact us at thealbertasightseerco@gmail.com with the subject "ORDER#___________ EXCHANGE" and we'll begin our easy exchange process with you right away.
My Order Wasn't Delivered
If your order hasn't arrived within three business days after the estimated date on your order confirmation email thealbertasightseerco@gmail.com with the subject "ORDER#_____________ ITEM NOT DELIVERED" and we'll happily assist in either tracking down your order, or creating a replacement order with you right away.
Damaged or Mislabeled Items
Our print and order fulfillment partners complete a whopping THREE quality checks before your items are shipped to you, but even they can miss things occassionally - or worse yet, your items were damaged in transit. If you've received damaged or mislabeled items email thealbertasightseerco@gmail.com with the subject "ORDER#___________ DAMAGED" and we'll happily assist you in creating a replacement order right away.
Order was Lost in Transit
In rare instances our delivery partners lose packages while they're being distributed. If this happens and we're the first to find out, we will reach out to the email you provided at your checkout within 24 hours to assist in creating a replacement order for you so that you get your items right away.
